SEVIS I-20

In order to obtain I-20, you must send ISL the following documents as soon as possible. ISL will not be able to process an I-20 for you before we receive these documents from you:

  1. Application Form
  2. Tuition Payment including application fee (pay in full)
  3. Passport: Photocopy of your passport ID page with picture
  4. Bank Letter or statement with sufficient fund
  5. Transfer From: If you are transferring to our program from another school within the U.S., you all also need to send a copy of your current I-20 Form, your I-94 card, your visa, and a “Transfer of F-1’ form (you may request this transfer form from our office)
  6. SEVIS FEE: After receiving I-20, and before seeking your F-1 visa from a U.S. embassy or consulate, be sure to pay your $ 100 SEVIS fee (see attachment). You must take the receipt of payment of the SEVIS fee with you to your visa interview.
