Health Insurance
At ISL, our students' health and well-being is a priority. As a result, ISL offers optional basic individual health insurance through The Harbour Group of Ohio, LLC. Although this is only an option, students are strongly urged to obtain health insurance through an agency of their choice or The Harbour Group of Ohio, LLC.
To obtain health insurance, the student must meet the following criteria:
- Student must be temporarily residing outside his/her home country
- Student must be engaged in Full-time educational activities
- Student must have an F-1, J-1, or M-1 visa
- Student must have an ISL-issued I-20, which is required to complete enrollment
Coverage per individual is a maximum $250,000.00 (USD) with a deductible of $250.00*(USD) and is underwritten by Markel Insurance Company.
